HRC rotary wheel


The KUKA HRC Guide rotary wheel version allows you to calculate HRC parameter limits. It assists you with designing cells with human robot collaboration applications. By turning the paper wheel disk, you can calculate the maximum speed of the robot, the maximum payload mass and the minimum collision area. For the human worker, the parameter “allowed body parts” indicates the body region that is at risk in a potential collision from a transient contact, meaning from a free push. Based on the given input parameters, the free parameter is then calculated according to ISO TS 15066.
